Position:

1. HR Assistant

  • Involved in HR task and assist HR Executive with daily tasks.
  • Providing support to the HR Executive in employee life cycyle processes (recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and exit)
  • Input, update and maintain HR database, ensuring the accuracy of information.

2. Admin Assistant

  • Involved in Admin tasks and assist Admin Executive with daily tasks.
  • Assist in managing inbound and outbound email, calls and Whatsapp.
  • Company vehicle administration.
  • Assist in Handling and monitoring stationery and pantry inventory.

3. Account Assistant

  • Conduct AR & AP reconciliation (knock-off payment with related invoice)
  • Manage accounting system including bank reconciliation, bookkeeping, and financial statement adjustment.

4. Quantity Surveyor

  • Involve in tendering and contract.
  • Preparing any related report.

5. Site Supervisor

  • Oversee all activity in terms of construction methods, installation method and tidiness according to the plan and design that has been set.
  • Ensure all workers comply with safety rules, the need for work and law procedures.
  • Solving an issue on the site and reporting to the site manager.

Job types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 – 6 months
Salary: RM400.00 – RM500.00 per-month

PROJECT ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensuring that all project scopes are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

REQUIREMENT

  • At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil)/Building/Construction.
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD & Microsoft Project.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Familiar with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
  • Team player, good communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work with multiple discipline projects.
  • Good project management and supervision skills.
  • Able to lead and make strong decisions.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Candidates must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
